One Week Diet Plan for Weight Loss

The doctors from the Sacred Heart Memorial hospital created this plan for people who had heart problems and had to make a heart surgery, but they had to eliminate excess weight quickly.

If you want to stop malnutrition, you have to consume this soup along with a lot of kombucha and water, which are good for the digestive tract and good bacteria.

We present you the main recipe

You will need:

• 1 bunch of celery
• 6 large chopped green onions
• 1 Lipton Onion Soup Mix
• 2 ( 226gr.) cans of green beans
• 1 (450gr.) can of diced tomatoes
• 1.300kg. of sliced carrots
• 1 head of finely chopped cabbage
• Salt and pepper

If you want add curry powder, cayenne pepper, chopped parsley, beef bouillon, Tabasco sauce.

Directions:

Take a large pot and add all ingredients. Add enough water to cover them and afterwards add all spices. Bring the mixture to a simmer and boil for approximately 10 minutes. Afterwards reduce the heat. Simmer until all the vegetables are tender.

Other recipe for this soup

You will need:

• 1 large shredded cabbage
• 1 bulb of garlic, sliced
• 1 rinsed and sliced kombu seaweed
• 1 rinsed and sliced leek
• 1 diced bell pepper
• Broth
• 1 large onion
• Different herbs
• 900gr. of crushed tomatoes
• 450 gr. of chopped shiitake mushrooms
• 900 gr. of crushed tomatoes
• Salt and pepper to taste

Directions:

First you have to sauté the vegetables in a little bit of coconut or vegetable oil. Do not add the cabbage and tomato at this point. Afterwards add the cabbage and tomatoes, stir well and cover the vegetable with water. Bring the soup to a boil and reduce the heat to medium. Simmer until all the vegetables are tender. To finish off you can add dried or fresh herbs and cook for additional 5 minutes. Add salt and pepper to taste.

Diet plan for one week

Day 1 –This day eat only fruits and the soup. You should eat cantaloupe and watermelon and avoid bananas. Drink a lot of water, unsweetened tea, kombucha or cranberry juice.

Day 2 – Consume only vegetables and the soup. You should eat leafy greens and avoid peas, dry beans and corn. For dinner eat 1 buttered potato. Don not eat any fruit.

Day 3 – On the third day you should eat vegetables and fruits along with the soup. You cannot consume a potato for dinner. The results from the weight loss should be approximately 2 to 3 kg.

Day 4 – This day you can eat bananas, as much as you want, along with the soup. Drink a lot of water. If you want to reduce the sugar cravings you have to consume calcium, potassium, carbohydrates and proteins.

Day 5 – Eat 6 tomatoes, beans, aduki and 280 to 550 gr. of lamb, beef, fish, chicken, beans and wheat gluten. It is very important to eat high-quality red meat that is free of hormones and antibiotics. You should drink at least six to eight glasses of fresh water. During the day eat a big portion of the delicious soup.

Day 6 – Eat chicken, lamb, fish, beef, beans, with leafy greens or other vegetables. You can eat two to three steaks in one day. Do not eat baked potatoes. Consume one big portion of the soup.

Day 7 – Consume vegetables, unsweetened fruits, brown rice and the soup.

If you stick to this plan you can reduce 4.5 to 7.7 kg. However, if you have lost 6kg. or more you need to pause and afterwards start from the first day. The results may vary.

Additional tips

During this diet plan avoid pasta, fried food and bread.

Do not drink alcohol. When the diet is over if you want to drink alcohol you have to make a pause of 24 hours.

Avoid soda drinks, such as diet drinks consume only water, unsweetened tea and skimmed milk, fresh juices and coffee.

This diet plan won’t interfere with your medications (if you take any), but remember to consult with your doctor before you start the diet.
