The secret is in alpha-hydroxyl acid that removes the dead cells, rejuvenates and hydrates the skin
Many people know that the apple vinegar is very beneficial if put as a mask on the hair, its use has been proven very effective as a weapon against arthritis and joint pain, also among his wide range of remedial traits is that it’s being widely known as of body fat “killer”, but not so popular fact is that apple vinegar is excellent facial skin cleaner!
If you are constantly struggling with rashes, inflammations, acne, enlarged pores, extremely dry facial skin, apple vinegar is the right cure for your problems. More importantly, natural one, as I may add.
The alpha-hydroxyl acids we already mentioned aren’t only effective in removing dead skin cells, but they also normalize secretion of fats, contains powerful antibacterial and antifungal properties which illuminate and hydrate the skin. As a result you get younger, healthier, softer and clean facial skin.
Expensive cosmetic facial treatments and masks also contain these acids, however their presence in the apple vinegar is far higher.
Before applying it directly on your skin, apple vinegar should be mixed with boiled and cooled water in 1:3 ratio. In the prepared tonic, soak a piece of cotton and wipe your face with it in circular motion before cleansing it with tepid water. Repeat this process every morning and every evening until you are satisfied with the look of your skin.
Apple vinegar is also used for lighting the pigmented spots on the skin. Soaked cotton bud in the above explained mixture of water and vinegar should be held on the pigmented spot for about 20-30 minutes. Repeat this action until the skin is evened in color.
When talking about apple vinegar we mean of the natural one, acquired from fermented apples. This is always the better and more potent option. However, in case you cannot provide the natural one, store bought is also acceptable and efficient.
